Welcome to On The One! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the On The One mobile application ("Application"), developed by LUIS ARMANDO MARTINEZ PADILLA ("Developer"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. USE OF THE APPLICATION

The Application is designed for musicians to improve their practice through tools such as a metronome and tuner.
You may use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to misuse the Application or interfere with its operation.

2. PAYMENT & PURCHASES

The Application is available for a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. Payments are processed exclusively by Apple according to their terms. No refunds are provided once the Application is purchased unless required by law.

3. MICROPHONE ACCESS

The Application requires microphone access only for tuning functionality.
Microphone access is used exclusively for pitch detection during tuning sessions and does not function when the tuner is inactive.
No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the Application, including design and code, belong to the Developer.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Application.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties.
The Developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from its use.

6. TERMINATION

The Developer may terminate access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Application at any time.

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms.
Continued use of the Application after updates implies acceptance.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Mexico City, Mexico.
