1. DATA COLLECTION On the Stage does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The Application operates without tracking or storing user information. All project files, audio stems, and settings are stored locally on your device or within your chosen file system.
2. AUDIO & MIDI ACCESS The Application requires access to your device's audio and MIDI systems to function as a live performance manager. This access is used solely for real-time audio routing, multitrack playback, and MIDI control. No audio or MIDI data is recorded, stored, or transmitted to external servers without your explicit action.
3. LOCAL NETWORK ACCESS (PROMPTER SYNC) The Application uses local network communication (via Apple's Multipeer Connectivity) to synchronize lyrics, chords, and markers with other devices running compatible prompter apps (such as "On the One"). This communication is strictly local to your Wi-Fi or peer-to-peer connection; no data is sent over the internet or shared with third parties.
4. PAYMENT & PURCHASES The Application is available through the Apple App Store. Payments are processed exclusively by Apple, and we do not store or process your payment or financial details.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The Application does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY On the Stage is not intended for children under 4 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY The Developer reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
